Team Coaching
Our coaching approach is holistic and systems driven, holding your team as the client, rather than the individuals in it.
The framework we bring in is a simple, yet powerful, assessment to launch an engagement with the team. We work with Team Coaching International's Team Diagnostic Assessment, a psychometrically valid assessment tool that helps you focus on key points of productivity and positivity. Our digging process culminates in a team retreat, where we discover the team’s goals and accountability towards those goals.
Following the retreat, if the team is ready to engage in coaching towards those goals, we establish a four to six-month coaching trajectory filled with mini-retreats, check-ins, and whatever other support you need towards accomplishing those goals.
One-on-one Coaching
Whether to develop your capacity as a leader, eyeball a career shift, or navigate work-life balance, one-on-one coaching is a powerful way to hold up the mirror on your own life and get focused on what you want to achieve.
One-on-one coaching begins with a discovery process of articulating your goals and working towards a definition of your values. This guides the coaching process. Together, we work towards those goals.
Workshops
If you have a specific need in mind, are wanting to jump-start navigating change, or need a smaller commitment, workshops are what you need! We offer a series of workshops that we can bring to a group of people or team and tailored to support you best. These can be delivered virtually or in person.
