Join us for the next cohort, from August 2025 to -January 2026.

Over a period of six months, you and your team will participate in:

• 4 full-cohort workshops (3 hours each)

• 4 team coaching sessions (2 hours each)

• Pre- and Post- team assessment.

Investment: $9,750 per team.

Sign-ups for Team Coaching slots will be made available once your application is approved and registration is confirmed.

2 slots are available for $6,500 for organizations with budgets below $2M.

Theme 1: What is a team? (includes kick-off and team assessment)

• Team assessment week of 8/18

• Team coaching days the week of 9/2

Theme 2: Evolution - speaking a language towards change

• Workshop, Tuesday 10/10, 9am to Noon Pacific

• Team coaching days the week of 10/27

Theme 3: Motion - identifying resistance and navigating conflict

• Workshop, Tuesday 11/18, 9am to Noon Pacific

• Team coaching days the week of 12/8

Theme 4: Inspiration - Reclaiming the vision

• Workshop, Tuesday 1/13/26 , 9am to Noon Pacific

• Team assessment the week of 1/20/26

• Team coaching days (graduation!) the week of 1/27/26
