Testimonials for Betsy’s group supervision:
“Betsy Block – was the best mentor coach I’ve seen! She is knowledgeable, insightful, calls out the PCC Markers, and she is gentle. I would absolutely consider her for my Mentor Coach as I prepare for PCC.”
“Betsy excels at making participants feel comfortable and heard. She has a gentle way of taking input on competencies and showing participants how the event/language aligns more closely with a different competency. She is insightful and inclusive.”
“Thank you for the constructive feedback during this session. You have a way of guiding me to think more broadly and observe things I would not have been able to identify before. I have learned so much during this session, and I am still reflecting on many of these learnings by implementing these into my coaching.”
