Testimonials for Betsy’s group supervision:

“Betsy is masterful, as a supervisor, as mentor, as a coach. She has a deep knowledge of the coaching craft, which she uses generously in service of me becoming a better coach myself. However, it is her humanity, her  kindness, and her ability to form a deep connection with me that have me coming back again and again. Each of my sessions with her gave me deep insight and deeper conviction about my ability to serve clients and systems.” [for Supervision]

“Betsy excels at making participants feel comfortable and heard. She has a gentle way of taking input on competencies and showing participants how the event/language aligns more closely with a different competency. She is insightful and inclusive.” [for PCC Mentoring]

“Thank you for the constructive feedback during this session. You have a way of guiding me to think more broadly and observe things I would not have been able to identify before. I have learned so much during this session, and I am still reflecting on many of these learnings by implementing these into my coaching.” [for PCC Mentoring]
